AS3412 − Electrical Characteristics
VBAT = 1.6V to 1.8V, TA = -20ºC to 85ºC. Typical values are at
VBAT = 1.6V, TA = 25ºC, unless otherwise specified. All limits are
guaranteed. The parameters with min and max values are
guaranteed with production tests or SQC (Statistical Quality
Control) methods.
