consumption.Whenthebitchangesstatefromlowtohightheinternalcountervalue
willberesettozero,howeverwhenthebitchangesfromhightolow,theinternal
counterwillretainitsresidualvalueuntilthebitreturnshighagain.
IfthePTMnisintheCompareMatchOutputMode,PWMoutputModeorSingle
PulseOutputModethenthePTMnoutputpinwillberesettoitsinitialcondition,as
specifiedbythePTnOCbit,whenthePTnONbitchangesfromlowtohigh.
