0083h (received alarm counter)
This object counts the number of received alarms.
The confirm message of a CMD_ReadDBRequest returns the current value of the counter
without changing it. The CMD_WriteDBRequest resets the value of the counter to 0 and the
confirm message returns the reset value (0).
