Row overhead timing
During the row overhead time (ROT), the digital chip inputs need to be pulsed when the
internal sequencer is not used. Figure 17 shows the required timing of the pulses and their
relation to the master clock input.
The timing for the two signals imc_sync_y_read and imc_sync_y_inte is combined into one
signal in the figure (imc_sync_y_*). The ROT length is defined in first order by the sample
length and the transfer length. Next table gives the details of the programmable timing. The
last column details the number of clock cycles (30MHz) for the duration of each state.

If a value of '0' is entered for one of the registers, the state will be skipped.
Except for states T6 and T7 all states are sequential. If the value entered for T7 is larger than
the value of T6, the col_init signal will not go to '1' during the ROT.
IMC_COL_PRECHARGE is not going low after T4, instead it overlaps with
IMC_COL_SAMPLE.
