t_dpdata_max = 6.0 + pad_timing(Cload_DP_DATA) - pad_timing(Cload_DP_CLK)
The Tr and Tf depends on the load on the different pads but at a given load, the Tr and Tf timings are identical
for DP_CLK, DP_DATA, DP_EN.
DP_DATA and DP_EN must be sampled on the falling edge of DP_CLK.
