Flash Program Memory

TheProgramMemoryisthelocationwheretheusercodeorprogramisstored.Forthisdeviceseries

theProgramMemoryisFlashtype,whichmeansitcanbeprogrammedandre-programmedalarge

numberoftimes,allowingtheusertheconvenienceofcodemodificationonthesamedevice.By

usingtheappropriateprogrammingtools,theFlashdevicesofferuserstheflexibilitytoconveniently

debuganddeveloptheirapplicationswhilealsoofferingameansoffieldprogrammingand

updating.

Structure

TheProgramMemoryhasacapacityof4K×16bitsto8K×16bits.TheProgramMemoryis

addressedbytheProgramCounterandalsocontainsdata,tableinformationandinterruptentries.

Tabledata,whichcanbesetupinanylocationwithintheProgramMemory,isaddressedbya

separatetablepointerregister.
