CKS2~CKS0bitsto"111"intheSCCregister.Thiswillthenusethelowspeedsystemoscillator

whichwillconsumelesspower.Usersmaydecidetodothisforcertainoperationswhichdonot

requirehighperformanceandcansubsequentlyreducepowerconsumption.

TheSLOWModeissourcedfromtheLXTorLIRCoscillatordeterminedbytheFSSbitintheSCC

registerandthereforerequiresthisoscillatortobestablebeforefullmodeswitchingoccurs.
