This parameter measured at standard temperature is given in the Sensor Specification. Moreover, temperature dependence of the parameter is also given in Specifications and datasheets (Table 10.1). - Measurement of Figure-of-Merit Z and AC Resistance ACR of the Sensor. The measurements can be done with use of DX8140 Datalogger or Z-meters of RMT, any model. That is really a self-calibration method as it does not require any external heat source. And it can be done at the user setup.
