Bit determination by the falling edge: high pulse
●
If the high pulse duration is equal to T and the last bit determined is "0" => the actual bit
is Nan (no bit: this bit is determined at the next rising edge).
●
If the high pulse duration is equal to 2T and the last bit determined is "0" => the actual
bit is logic1.
●
If the high pulse duration is equal to T and the last bit determined is "1" => the actual bit
is logic1.
●
If the high pulse duration is equal to 2T and the last bit determined is "1" => the actual
bit is Inv (invalid case: this case cannot be released).
