On ROM out, fill the ROM area indicated below with 1s to create the same data size for the HD404314 and HD404316 as an 8-kword version (HD404318). An 8-kword data size is required to change ROM data to mask manufacturing data since the program used is for an 8-kword version. This limitation applies when using an EPROM or a data base.
