ADD FUEL
• The engine is certified to run on standard unleaded petrol (E10).
• DO NOT use unapproved petrol such as E85 (85% ethanol/15% petrol).
• DO NOT mix oil with the petrol.
• DO NOT modify the engine to run on alternative fuels
• Mix in a fuel stabilizer, if required, when adding the fuel to the pressure washer
to protect the fuel system from forming gum deposits (see ‘Long Term Storage’
on page 27).
• If the engine doesn’t run correctly after fueling, switch fuel brands.
1. Place the pressure washer on a flat level surface.
2. Turn the pressure washer ‘OFF’ and let it cool for at least two minutes before
removing the fuel cap.
3. Clean the area around the fuel
cap and loosen the fuel cap
slowly to release the pressure.
4. Slowly add unleaded petrol to
the fuel tank. Use extreme
caution not to over fill the tank
above the fill line. This allows
appropriate space for fuel to
expand.
5. Fit the fuel cap and allow any
spilled fuel to evaporate or wipe
clean before starting the engine.
WARNING: ALWAYS REFUEL IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA AWAY
FROM ANY SOURCES OF IGNITION AND HEAT.
WARNING: DO NOT SMOKE WHILE REFUELLING
WARNING: ALLOW THE UNIT TO COOL DOWN BEFORE REFUELLING.
WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE FUEL WITHIN THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
