Temperature alarm0 reached if bit is set

First temperature alarm proposed to be set

at 94C, reset at 88C

rst_ov_temp_shutdown

RW_SMP

If the overtemperature threshold

ov_temp_max has been reached, the flag

ov_temp_shutdown is set and a reset cycle

is started.

ov_temp_shutdown should be reset by

writing 1 and afterward 0 to

rst_ov_temp_shutdown

ov_temp_shutdown

Flag that the overtemperature threshold 2

(T140) has been reached - this flag is not

reset by a

overtemperature caused reset and has to be
