I/O port at the falling edge of the port clock.
Figure 32 shows the proper waveforms that are
applied to the appropriate serial port signal pins
during a read to write transition. The strobe input
in this case is held low. Time Ttsd is the Data I/O
Tri State Delay.
Figure 33 displays the timing diagram during a
write to read operation.
