Unless specified: V
EN = VIN. Adjustable Option (VADJ > VTH(ADJ)): VIN = 2.2V to 5.5V and IO = 10µA to 1.5A.
Fixed Options (V
ADJ = GND): VIN = (VO + 0.7V) to 5.5V and IO = 0A to 1.5A. Values in bold apply over the full operating temperature range.
Exceeding the specifications below may result in permanent damage to the device, or device malfunction. Operation outside of the parameters specified
in the Electrical Characteristics section is not implied.
