The FUSB307B device can control a vSafe5V path via its
SRC output.

Prepare device to source vSafe5v
Write:
PWRCTRL.DIS_VALARM = 1b
PWRCTRL.AUTO_DISCH = 0b
Voltage Transition Complete
Set PWRSTAT.SOURCE_VBUS =1b
Set ALERT.I_PORT_PWR = 1b
Enable vSafe5v Source
Write COMMAND.SourceVbusDefaultVoltage
VBUS > vSafe5V(min)?
Y
No
Notify Policy Engine that voltage
transition is complete
Transition to vSafe5v Path on Power up
Sourcing vSafe5V
ALERT.I_PORT_PWR=1b?
