2. From limited evaluation, typical self-refresh current figures of certain SDRAM chips are well below manufacturers’ maximum

specification, e.g. 100-250

3. This is assuming a low quiescent current 3v3 VReg is used, and assuming that the sensor is switched off using external cir-

cuitry.
