Data frame
A data frame always starts with a low level bit (data selection bit). The number of the data bit
of the active phase of a data frame NDB is fixed to 30. If the number of the data bit is not
equal to NDB = 30 the frame will be ignored and the error flag (TRANS_L) will be set.
The length of the data frame's passive phase tDPP must be a minimum of 2 * tCL.
Execution of the data frame is finished not later than 16*tCL after the end of active phase.
