Clock Specifications
A crystal or external clock source, such as an oscillator, is used to provide a 25MHz reference clock for the KSZ9563R.
If an external clock source is used, such as the Microchip DSC10xx, the XO pin must be left floating. Figure 6-14 details
the available connection methods. Table 6-13 details the recommended crystal specifications.
