¿Qué es 24-BIT


24 bits es uno de los términos utilizados en componentes electrónicos y se refiere a datos que consisten en 24 bits.

Los datos de 24 bits pueden representar de 2 a 24 poderes de 16,777,216 valores diferentes, lo que puede representar un rango muy amplio de valores.

Por esta razón, los datos de 24 bits a menudo se usan en campos que tratan grandes cantidades de datos, como imágenes, video y audio.

Por ejemplo, en video de alta resolución, cada píxel utiliza datos de 24 bits para almacenar información de color.

Además, en el campo de audio, se pueden implementar un procesamiento de señal de audio más sofisticado y una mejor calidad de sonido utilizando datos de 24 bits.

Los datos de 24 bits también se utilizan en el procesamiento de señales digitales, es decir, varios algoritmos de procesamiento de señales, como filtrado, conversión, compresión, etc.
