## Description

This document details the specifications for the SN74F51 and SN54F51, which are 2-wide 2-input and 2-wide 3-input AND-OR-INVERT gates. The SN54F51 is designed for military applications (-55°C to 125°C) while the SN74F51 is for commercial applications (0°C to 70°C).

️· Two 2-input AND-OR-INVERT gates and two 3-input AND-OR-INVERT gates.
️· Function: Y = (A•B•C) + (D•E•F) and Y = (A•B) + (C•D)
️· Available in plastic, ceramic, and DIP packages.
